Pack with Care
Securely pack the records in their original specialized mailers, ensuring the vinyl, sleeve, and any included inserts are protected from transit damage.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for condition and playback quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
