How do you ensure records are not damaged during shipping?

We use premium, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits.

What is the difference between New and Pre-owned grading?

New records are factory-sealed and mint. Pre-owned records are meticulously inspected and graded using the Goldmine Standard, ranging from Good to Near Mint, ensuring transparency in condition.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days via Media Mail, while expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you accept returns on opened records?

We accept returns within 30 days for defective items or shipping damage. However, we cannot accept returns on opened, non-defective records due to the sensitive nature of the media.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order weight.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
